Bogner's of Penticton in NAIT's Alumni magazine, TechLife

Darin Paterson is the chef/owner of Bogner's of Penticton. For the finale of our Okanagan Food & Wine Writers' workhop in 2010, he made us an unforgetable meal. I've written about him a few times since. Here's the latest, an online article for NAIT TechLife. It includes recipes for Paterson's outstanding housemade yogurt and his smoked eggplant purée.
